Exclusive Experience

This evening is not just an event – it is a journey through time, a celebration of beauty, elegance, and the intimate connection between art and the audience. The event is limited to a small number of guests to preserve its unique, almost intimate atmosphere. This creates the feeling that the artists are performing directly for you — without distance, without a stage, in close proximity. Every moment is personal, every experience authentic.

On May 14th, an exclusive evening in the spirit of Belle Époque opens for a select circle of guests – a soirée continuing the tradition of private salons and refined social circles.

Opera singer Katarína Procházková, soloist of the State Opera in Banská Bystrica, accompanied on piano, will guide you through selected arias and operetta pieces with nobility and emotion. Her performance will be complemented by the virtuoso violin playing of Milan Olšiak.

Music here is not mere background – it is the heart of the evening.

Come with friends or individually. The evening is designed to naturally create space for relaxed conversations and new connections in cultivated company.

Dress code is mandatory. Ladies are expected in elegant evening gowns, gentlemen in tuxedos or dark suits with bow ties. The attire should enhance the noble atmosphere of the evening.

Belle Époque

Belle Époque

The Belle Époque (French for "beautiful era") was a period from approximately the end of the 19th century to the beginning of World War I (c. 1870–1914), mainly in France and Europe.

It was a time of relative peace, prosperity, and great cultural flourishing.

What was special about the Belle Époque?
• Arts and culture: the rise of theater, opera, literature, and painting
• Elegance and social life: salons, balls, cafes, nobility
• Technological progress: electricity, automobiles, telephone
• Architecture and design: Art Nouveau style
• Optimism and lifestyle: emphasis on beauty, pleasure, and aesthetics

Imagine a Paris full of lights, artistic gatherings, elegantly dressed ladies in corsets and gentlemen in tuxedos. People enjoyed social life, music, dancing, and conversation in salons more.

The name came later — as a nostalgic memory of a peaceful and cultured period before the First World War ended it.

Imagine a world where time has stopped. A world where the scent of expensive perfume mixes with the notes of a piano or violin. Where conversation was not just an exchange of information, but a true art.

Our soiree revives the tradition of Parisian and Viennese salons from the turn of the century.

What can you look forward to?

Intimate atmosphere: Forget impersonal concert halls. You are our guest in a private space, just a few steps from the virtuosos.

Masterpieces: Famous arias, operettas, virtuoso piano pieces by Chopin, Dvořák, Debussy and many others will be performed.

Aesthetic experience: Period Art Nouveau objects, peacock feathers, candlelight and first-class champagne in the hands of people who love beauty as much as you do.

Capacity is strictly limited to 20 guests in order to maintain the exclusivity and family nature of the evening.

Let us show you that romance and nobility are not just in history books. They are still alive – with us in Salon Privé 1910.

Return to Elegance

Return to Elegance

In a time when the world is constantly rushing and real meetings are replaced by digital noise, there is a place where time has stopped. Behind the birth of Salon Privé is the vision and passion of its host, Klaudia Gregušová.

A timeless love of art
From an early age, Klaudia found solace and inspiration in two worlds that are inextricably linked – in classical music and fine arts. For her, music is not just a sound backdrop, but a living dialogue of souls, and art is not just decoration, but a window into the depths of human experience.

Her heart has always beat strongly for the Belle Époque – a beautiful era when culture flourished on every corner, when etiquette was a sign of respect, and when salons became the center of social life.

A Vision of a Lost World
“I have always longed to return to a time when meeting friends was not just a short stop on the calendar, but a ritual,” says Klaudia. “A time when people would gather over a sparkling glass of champagne, surrounded by the beauty of Art Nouveau ornaments, to listen together to live concerts by masters that would vibrate every cell in the body.”

Today, when this kind of refined entertainment has almost disappeared from the modern world, Klaudia has decided to take this tradition into her own hands. Her goal is not just to organize a soiree, but to create a safe haven for lovers of beauty.

An Invitation for Kindred Spirits
Salon Privé is a dream come true about a community of people who share a similar hobby. It is an invitation to all of you who:

- seek something more than a superficial experience in art,
- appreciate the quality of a live chamber concert,
- yearn for conversations that have weight and depth,
- love the atmosphere of old Europe and the shine of crystal glasses.

Klaudia Gregušová cordially invites you to become part of this renewed tradition. Leave your worries at the door, accept a glass of champagne and allow the music to transport you to a time when life was truly beautiful – to your own Belle Époque.

“Art and friendship are the spice of life. Come and enjoy them with me.”
– Your host, Klaudia Gregušová
